Dunkin' - Réservation de table

I placed an order w Uber eats did not get my coffee I’ve been calling them for 3 hrs no one pics up the phone I will be going there after work the Uber got lost my food was cold the Uber told me she will get the coffee for me never showed up w my coffee I even gave her my cell number so when she gets to my job I can come down to get it ! I WILL NEVER EVER DO UBER EATS WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN

The person at the drive-thru this morning at 8 AM provided poor customer service. She hurried us through our order, which was disappointing. We informed the manager about our experience, and we hope he addressed the issue.

"I visited the new location on Route 9A in Elmsford. I ordered a Hot Midnight coffee but received a regular iced coffee instead. When I had it replaced, the hot coffee was only lukewarm."
