I completely understood his frustration until it was my turn to order. He was extremely rude to me. When I tried to clarify something about my order, he cut me off and, while talking over me, aggressively began listing different types of coffee, which had nothing to do with my question. I had to point out that while I understood he was upset about the earlier incident, I wasn’t the one who had caused it and didn’t deserve to be treated that way.
After I finally got my question answered, I was rushed through my order. I get that mistakes happen, but no customer should be treated that way, especially when the situation had nothing to do with them. I asked for the employee’s name but couldn’t...
I visit this restaurant every few months to see if there have been any improvements, but unfortunately, there haven’t been any. I stopped by this morning for a breakfast sandwich and coffee, and when I sat down at work to enjoy it, the bottom of my sandwich was so burnt and charred that I had to completely remove it. It pretty much disintegrated in my lap. I’ve noticed that the staff often seems understaffed or inadequately trained. It’s very rare for me to have a positive experience at this Dunkin’, and I'm saying this as a fan of the brand. The last time I had a decent experience here was when I ordered two black iced coffees, which are pretty simple and just need to be poured into a cup.
I usually don't leave bad reviews but this time I must. I ordered a bagel lightly toasted with cream cheese and when I left the store I thought that's what I had (considering I have never had any issues when ordering a bagel). When I was ready to eat my bagel I discovered that there was no cream cheese on the bagel and a small pack in the bag. I was thoroughly upset. I checked my receipt to ensure that I placed the order correctly and sure enough I did. The inconsistency in service and the food that you is perplexing to me. Definitely not sure if I will be returning to this location because there is always an issue with getting the order right.
Breakfast sandwich tasting really nasty, I bought 2 of them and they both were the same nasty food and I also got a vanilla ice coffee which came out to be the worst in my life I end up paying over $15 for those 3 things and I had to throw everything in the trash (something I almost never do) but this food was that bad.. will never come back to this specific Dunkin.. other Dunkins have served me really good food.Finally as an advise DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE.

Today, I stopped by before work to try the new holiday menu. Unfortunately, the lady at the front seemed frustrated and was not very welcoming. Although the line wasn't long, it took nearly 15 minutes to get my coffee, and when I finally received it, it wasn't made correctly. I won't be coming back. I've attached a photo of my drink just one minute after I got it.
Walked in, the person working saw me then proceeded to work below the counter. Never recognized I was there. I waited and after a few minutes left.
Donuts are so trash now. Taste like cardboard, even when getting them early morning. I have no clue how they are in business.
Slowest service I've experienced at a Dunkin. They get overwhelmed easily and can't fulfill orders by priority.

THIS DUNKIN NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!Not enough staff , they rush everything! Never get any orders right.
The employees are very friendly and nice. I Love going to Dunkin after practice.
