This morning, I ordered a caramel macchiato but instead received a disgusting iced coffee filled to the brim with ice. They got my order wrong, which seems to be a recurring issue—it's as if nobody there can accurately fulfill an order. There have been times when I've specifically asked for "light ice," and what I got looked like someone had already taken six sips. It's incredibly frustrating, especially since their drinks are so overpriced. Today, November 6, 2023, I was charged the full price for a macchiato but got the most basic, nasty drink instead. I recently ordered breakfast from this restaurant, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect rating of 5 out of 5. Everything was fresh, delicious, and cooked to perfection. The service was equally impressive; the staff was friendly and efficient, making the takeout process smooth and enjoyable. Even though I didn't dine in, the atmosphere of the place was inviting and welcoming, deserving a full 5 out of 5 as well. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for breakfast!
Absolutely terrible customer service. My daughter placed an order online walked in 10 minutes later it wasn’t made she watched three people come in in front of her. They make their order. Still haven’t made her order when I walk in and ask for a refund manager says I can’t do that. Absolutely awful customer service. All of these people should be fired. This restaurant may be small, but it's incredibly cozy. The seats are very comfortable, and the staff operates like a close-knit family. They communicate well with each other, and everyone is friendly and eager to help with any issues you might encounter. I hope this review is helpful!
Gabby was incredibly helpful during our visit. She attended to all our needs, and I was really pleased with her service. She was very kind to both me and my friend. When my friend had a fall, Gabby immediately checked on her and showed genuine concern for her well-being.
It was late on November 6th when I visited, and the younger guy at the window was fantastic. He was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. He’s the best drive-thru worker I’ve ever encountered. Thanks, man, you were amazing!
