Waited 30 minutes between placing my order, being told to pull up to the bicycle racks and sitting patiently in my car for them to bring me my order. Walked up to the lobby to see what’s going on and the door was locked. Drive back to the window and Sherise told me “we didn’t forget about you.” I told her I’d been waiting for 30 minutes already and wanted a refund. She told me “we’ll bring you your order in a few.” Again I told her I wanted a refund and not the coffee. I asked to speak with her manager, she got a woman named Alisha who I assume is the manager. Instead of Alisha explaining that they’re short staffed and apologize for the wait and inconvenience, she just went straight to the r...
I literally walked in to get my mobile order and there were about five employees who said nothing to me. Saw me standing there and still didn’t say anything. No greeting no nothing. Very annoying that customer service is not a thing any more these days. The workers look annoyed and like they don’t want to be there and the place looks dirty. Very dissatisfied always with this place.
