This is my third visit to this location since the pandemic began, and the mask situation has been inconsistent—some people wearing no masks at all, and others just wearing them on their chins. During my last visit, I also experienced a lovely combination of someone only wearing a mask on their chin and coffee spilled everywhere on the lid without any napkins or apologies. Truly wonderful.
I stopped at the drive-thru to buy a chocolate cake donut, but when I got home, it tasted stale, like it was leftover from the day before. It definitely wasn’t fresh, and I could barely eat it. Paying $1.60 for a donut that ended up half in the trash is disappointing. I wouldn’t rely on the drive-thru if you want a fresh donut—they seem to save the fresh ones for inside customers.
I rarely feel the need to rate Dunkin', but this location is so lacking in service, organization, and efficiency that I believe corporate should consider revoking its franchise for damaging the brand's reputation. I recommend visiting the locations on Cass, Plainfield, or Ogden Grant instead to avoid the frustration.
I had a fantastic experience at Dunkin Donuts today, thanks to an exceptional team member named Viviana. She went above and beyond to help me and did so with a cheerful smile. This was my first time trying a sandwich from Dunkin', and I was completely impressed! The maple bacon sandwich had me craving more after just one bite. I definitely recommend checking out Dunkin's menu for delicious options like this!
I was thrilled to finally find a spot that can properly manage a straightforward order of coffee and a donut. I did have to ask for a napkin, but they at least offered a cloth one with my donut.
