The lady that runs the counter is really wonderful. The coffee smell is always fantastic. Always is a great experience there. I had a situation where I had to go loaf and there was no toilet paper after the deed. Sadly I had to do the John Wayne walk to get paper while she was trying to serve 13 people. She was gracious but I had to retire a pair of Calvin Kleins. Not the restaurants fault. Cost me about $30 in underwear and $3 in coffee. Make sure you make your mean ones at home. The double chocolate donut is the best also. Hope this helps.
Coffee is cold, they will not honor rewards points. When you try to get answers from employees on issues that for have been there for months (because you have had them before assist with orders) they continually use the excuse they are new. Sorry but that only goes so far! We've seen you working there for longer! Start honoring rewards points for your existing customers! Customer service is terrible! Go elsewhere!!! ... and make hot coffee!
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The short Indian lady was rude and disrespectful to customers. Although she seemed overwhelmed with orders, she attempted to embarrass me, which was unacceptable. I won't be returning, and I'll be sharing my experience with friends and family. It's truly unfortunate!

As if that weren't enough, my Iced Macchiato was awful! The flavor of my favorite drink was so off that I had to throw it away after only a few sips.

the woman who runs this dunkin is truly a powerhouse she is usually working completely alone and handles the rush with ease. she is always kind and will remember your order if you come in every week like i do. the store is always clean and organized. i can't recommend this location enough!
During my visit, I encountered a staff member named Mrs. Rasmika who was very rude and arrogant. I believe she could benefit from additional training in customer relations, as I haven't experienced such brusque treatment in quite some time. It's important to bring this issue to attention.
I stopped to this location with some friends because we were starving... Huge mistake! I paid $4.47 TAX for three donuts! If that was bad enough, they slaughter my Iced Macchiato! The taste of my favorite drink was so bad that after few sips, I dumped it in the garbage.
The service is always excellent, no matter what time you visit. The doughnuts are consistently delicious, and the store is always bustling with customers.
