9/10 times that I've ordered from this Dunkin, they've either gotten an item wrong, or a third of the order is missing. Missing drinks, doughnuts, etc. Im sure the staff is super busy, but my god its almost comical how often they get something wrong. The franchise owner needs to hire more staff or something. Full stop. I dont blame the employees, cause mistakes are a bad habit that come from a business owner.
