I've always liked Dunkin', but my recent visit to this location left me disappointed. The staff was unhelpful, and the cashier seemed to have difficulty with English (he looked Indian). Even after I asked him to confirm the prices for some deals and drinks, he assured me they were included, but I ended up being charged more due to my order. To make matters worse, a girl with long black hair treated me rudely, and the donuts I received were stale. I felt blamed and taken advantage of, so I definitely won’t be coming back!
4:50 I came into the store to buy some food and a drink. . The cashier girl with long black hair refused to give me her name not only left me at the cash register for 20 mins to handle one persons order when me and the other customer was the only person in the store . In fact she was very rude and disrespectful she put my money on top of the counter took my order an didn’t even start my food. The way she speaks to people she deserve to get slapped so you better handle it because you’re gonna lose a lot of business
Every time I enter this restaurant, I'm greeted by an off-putting odor that resembles stale water. I live in Mamaroneck and aim to support local businesses, but unfortunately, I can't bring myself to return here. The person at the counter used to be welcoming, but now he seems to only interact with a select few customers and neglects the rest. It's important to remember that you're here to serve your customers, not the other way around.
The worse coffee shop ever never want to order there thank you and they are horrible at giving orders and they don’t understand English or there United States capillarity and I never recommend this cafe too anyone horrible service they gave two wake-up wraps and mis calculated and didn’t give me my refresher so they completely messed there business up so don’t recommend this coffee shop too anyone enjoy

Parking can be difficult due to the limited space at the meters in front. However, the staff is very friendly, and the shop is clean and well-kept. Although the prices are higher than those at other Dunkin' Donuts locations, they do have a good variety of offerings. Keep in mind, though, that they don’t have the complete selection of donuts that you might find at other stores in the chain.
This is the worst coffee shop I've ever experienced. I have no intention of returning. The service is poor, and they struggle with taking orders and understanding English. I wouldn't recommend this café to anyone. I ordered two wake-up wraps, but they got my order wrong and didn't include my refresher. Overall, it was a complete disaster. I would suggest avoiding this coffee shop.
I've tried this Dunkin' Donuts several times in hopes it would get better, but I'm sad to report that their coffee consistently tastes burnt. I usually order an iced latte, and it seems like the machine isn’t cleaned properly or they’re overbrewing the coffee. Unfortunately, if you also order the Snackin’ Bacon, it tends to be burnt too.
I love the Karamell Ice Slate and the classic strawberry frozen with Sprinkles Donut. I love the staff there, but there's a guy who doesn't have any sense and was kind of rude. But I only saw him once.. I think I'm good.

I had an amazing cup of coffee with cream and sugar—it was the perfect blend! I really needed that boost for my long 8-hour drive. The service was quick, and checkout was seamless.
I really like this Dunkin' location. Although it can be somewhat cramped, it always has a lively atmosphere.
