I placed an order in advance using the mobile app, but I encountered car problems on my way to the restaurant. I called Dunkin to inform them of my delay due to the car issue and requested that they hold my order. The staff went above and beyond by preparing a fresh order for me when I arrived two hours later, and even added some extra bagel minis. Their kindness brightened my morning.
