Dunkin' - Réserver une table

Whoever the bald manager-looking guy is, he’s a jerk to the employees. I go to this Dunkin when I want a coffee, because it’s the only one in town I can go inside and make sure my coffee is decaf. It’s rarely an issue for me, the employees are kind even when I need them to remake it. This time, however, was very different. When my ticket came through, the manager announced my coffee needed to be decaf, and then handed it to the employee. The employee made my decaf as an original instead, and after I politely corrected him this manager guy started berating him and saying really mean things.
