I am a frequent dunkin'er at this location and a majority of the time I get some great customer service to the young lady who gives me a quick chat while waiting for my coffee to Essence who was from another store and helping out I get pretty muchall the time great service there is an exception or two for the middle of the afternoon crew but I understand this storeis always clean, I have only had one mishap with the wrong donut being given there is always a line but the team does gothrough it very quickly. I'm really thankful for the staff at this location. I mistakenly placed my mobile order for the Dunkin' down the street, but they were so kind and offered to make my order here instead. They had it ready in just a couple of minutes, even though there were quite a few customers. And wow, my hot matcha latte and bacon, egg, and cheese croissant were the best I've ever had at Dunkin'. They really loaded up on the bacon and cooked it crispy, which was fantastic. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and all the workers were so sweet!

I ordered the specialty cookie butter cold brew foam, and it was completely different from what I've had at other Dunkin's. It was terrible and missing cream. I also ordered a cold brew coffee and requested cream but received none. The employees seemed more focused on getting through the drive-thru line quickly rather than ensuring the quality of our order. I won’t be returning to this location.

Based on my experiences with Dunkin' Donuts in the Cleveland area, I can confidently say that this location is the best by far. They typically have everything on the menu, and it’s always prepared perfectly. The staff is very friendly, making it a great place to visit. This is my favorite Dunkin' in Cleveland! The food actually looks appetizing. The customer service is great. They are patient and even give suggestions. The restroom are clean. I think this is probably the nicest Dunkin I've ever been too. The employees actually seem happy to be here.

What can I say? My dad and I used to visit this place frequently for donuts and iced coffee. The service is excellent compared to other nearby spots, and the food and drinks are served quickly. I give it a 5/5—no complaints at all!

This Dunkin? is open 24/7. No other Dunkin?, Starbucks, coffee shop, etc. is every open past 8pm which can be super disappointing sometimes. Saves me a trip out to Geneva?s 24hr Dunkin?, for sure.
