use the app to order and then to pick up in the load. I wanted two sides of cream cheese, but I did not see an option for an additional cream cheese on the app. When I went to the load to pick up my order, I did not bring my wallet because it was already paid on the app. I asked if I could have an additional page of cream cheese, as there was no possibility to add one on the app. She told me she had to charge me, I said I didn't bring my wallet and she said I had to charge you. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that she could not even give a customer a simple side of cream cheese. extremely poor customer service.
I always get my coffee here and I normally like them. Lately their coffees have been awful, not even remotely close to what we ordered but today took the cake. There was an employee Aayla who was not only incredibly rude when I asked when the manager would be in tomorrow she also was making out wih her boyfriend behind the register and when I raised attention to the inappropriateness she told me she didnt care what I thought Maybe start hiring adults since they are responsible for peoples food.
I’m a regular, I like this place. They’re very busy. Sometimes it’s a long wait, but I know that.What I don’t know is who would look at this sandwich and think that it’s ok to serve to someone that paid money. Or how you think that I won’t taste the sticky, burnt bread if you put it facing the inside. Disgusting. I can barely salvage this.This sandwich shouldn’t have left the building. This isn’t the first time. I would wait for a good sandwich.Open your food before you drive away.
This is my favorite Dunkin's ever. Everyone is always so personable and friendly, and often they'll even write you cute notes on your cup if you're a regular. BUT, the last few days I've been, there have only been one or two people working and they seem STRESSED. I really hope management is doing everything they can to help their employees and are not leaving them out to run like crazy without any reward. This is how good employees get burnt out.

You are not a true New Englander if you don't wait for 20 minutes in a drive thru line at Dunks for overpriced burnt hash browns and coffee that gives you the runs
Got charged double what the price of a coffee is. Strongly recommend using the app to order here, at least you aren't being surprised at the
