I've been a loyal customer at this Dunkin', but my recent experience has been disappointing, possibly due to changes in management. When I got my coffee, the cup was oily, and when I asked for a replacement, they handed me the same cup back. To make matters worse, my food bag fell on the floor, and an employee named Cassie picked it up and handed it back to me without any napkins. I was very disappointed and grossed out by the whole situation. I won't be returning again and hope they can make some improvements.
The staff was quite rude; I had to repeat my order several times, yet they still had difficulty understanding it, despite my clear communication. When I asked them to repeat my order, they just laughed. Furthermore, the food was undercooked.
Always friendly etc , but the bathroom always is filthy and never any regular toiletry items available essentially it?s a non functioning bathroom.
Fast service. Seems their $3 cold brew coffee specials are never consistent between between different Dunkin stores

Brutally unsanitary. Using the same gloves to handle money and then everyone's food.
