I usually place mobile orders and use the drive-thru, and I always make an effort to greet the staff. However, it's the same lady every time, and she never responds; she always has a really rude look on her face. The last time I visited, the coffee was terrible—it tasted stale. To make matters worse, the donut I received was completely wrong; it wasn't even close to what I had ordered. I only realized this once I got home and opened the bag. If you're out of something, it would be nice if you could at least mention it when I pick up my order. I ordered the breakfast taco with no bacon as I am vegerarian. I paid for meatless, my receipt was meatless, and when I bit into the taco, it contained BACON....I am not only unhappy, I am outraged.
