For an outlet that has no seating inside, this Dunkin's stays super busy all day long thanks to its location directly across from Ashmont station and to a steady stream of folks pulling in and out of the small parking lot outside. I wasn't sure this DD was open but I check it out the other day and it looks great. The whole area even the cell phone company next door got a make over. The staff look great in uniform. My order was correct and ready for me to pick up. Dorchester Ashmont area community deserve to have a upgrade DD and the employees deserve to have a nice updated work location. It looks great and I hope it continues to look great. Thank you to the person that full fills the online orders because honey you got my coffee right! Have a awesome work life! I wake up every morning at 4:15 a.m and the only thing i want is my morning coffee on my way to work. I have to catch the 5:16 a.m train out of Ashmont station and this location is supposed to be open at 5:00 a.m. Every single day they open at 5:13, 5:14,or 5:15 a.m making it impossible to stop and get my coffee in the morning. Most days i watch the employees pull in each morningwith zero rush to open. That is why i give them 1 star along with terrible customer service. The location is the only thing thisestablishment has going.

I take the bus to Ashmont station around 3-4 times a week for work and I always get dunkins from here before I get on the train. Good coffee and is always accurate to your order. Staff is nice and willing to give me alternatives if they are out. My only complaint is that it takes them a while to make your order, but I just order ahead from the bus to make up for that. Nice people and probably overworked being next to the station.
My go-to spot in the morning, and the staff are always attentive and friendly. There’s usually a line at the drive-thru, so I started using the app to pay before I leave home, which saves me a lot of time in the morning!
I consistently place mobile orders since the line is way too long at 7am. My orders are always accurate and ready on time. Thank you, team!
The coffee was excellent, and the service was quick. The atmosphere was very clean and had a festive vibe.
