This location is decent. There are times, especially Saturday mornings, where it gets a little hectic and orders are backed up. Most of the time there are coffee runners that are listening to your order and start making it (or writing on the cups) while you 're ordering. Ordering on the go is my favorite thing, and I walk in and it 's quicker than drive thru. Speaking of which, drive thru is always busy in the mornings. Looks a lot nicer and updated since the renovation. Everyone there is pleasant and courteous.
Usually I love my experience here every time I get through the drive thru and Cliff is there. He's super friendly and so quiet. It doesn't matter how much your order or how often you ask him to get the rest of the order from everyone in the car. Today Cliff and Jazz the shift leaders were super understanding and helpful when I forget my wallet at home. I asked Jazz and Cliff if I could be back immediately as they made my order and they were more than accommodating.
I live 2 minutes from this place,never again will I step foot inside. The remodle looks great but the service is ridiculously slow. I don't blame lack of help. Today they had plenty of help,they need to figure out what needs to be done. Prioritize the help don't crowd them. Needs new management
