The staff at this restaurant are incredibly rude. If you're not willing to serve the community, perhaps you shouldn't be here. There's a complete lack of courtesy and friendliness, and it feels like customer service is nonexistent. It seems that all the kind, customer-oriented Black employees have been let go. You want our money, but you're not providing any real service in return. I suggest you take a training class or hire better staff. If I could give you negative ten stars, I would, because you don't deserve any.

This DD is horrible and nothing is ever fresh. I ordered a brown sugar cinnamon iced coffee and instead I got an iced coffee that was bitter and tasteless. The iced coffee was warm too. The coffee tasted like it was 2+ days old. When I asked for another one, it tasted just as disgusting. Like you could clearly look at the coffee and tell that it was old. I ended asking for a blood orange refresher as a replacement… that tasted just as bad.
I’m confused about why I find myself at this restaurant almost every workday, only to be met by a young girl closing up long before the official closing time. It was 12 AM, and she locked the doors even though there were kids trying to get in for Dunkin'—they weren't closed yet! They really need more experienced staff who can work longer hours. Wishing you a great day, but I think I’ll be looking for other options.

Gave the person in front of me my order. As they drove off, the cashier screamed out the window and the person stopped. Proceeded to run to the car, give them the right order then take the already opened food, put it back in the bag, walk inside and give it to me through the window. I explained that this was a health hazard, technically illegal to do, but the cashier refused to replace it. I will not be returning.
this load is the best of all dunkins I have visited so far. the amount of hygiene and the fast service mesmerized me. the load is always busy, but I still get my order in time. the staff is super friendly and this is my way to stop every morning.
the workers in the load are super friendly and my experience in loading is always great. I get my order within a few minutes, no matter how long the line is. I'll go to my coffee and sandwich every morning.
the personal is so friendly and the service is so fast. I received my order in a few minutes without annoying. I come here every morning and they never surprise me.

The line was long, but as usual moved fast. I love the avocado toast. The tomatoes were a good shot of taste.
