I gave them another shot this morning and I should have stuck with the forest drive location. I’m pretty sure the bagel I ordered (and that was burnt) is NOT a bagel and the person at the drive thru window doesn’t seem to be able to keep up with morning traffic too well. It’s a busy spot on a busy thoroughfare and the morning staff just isn’t working out. Despite living closer to Two Notch, I will continue going to Forest Drive for my on the way to work coffee and bagel
Haven't had a bad experience at a Dunkin Donuts yet. Best coffee drinks and selection. Love their breakfast sandwiches, they fill you up and get you on your way. Always ask for a cup of old fashioned donut holes for the pups. They love them. Employees here are great.
This Dunkin used to be so good..... But within the last couple of months, and under new management it's been horrible. The iced coffee is never made right and the last time my daughter sucked up a curly black hair that was in her coffee..... Absolutely disgusting!!!

Use to live this place. Not sure if ownership changed but since the remodel and reopening it has the worst and slowest service of any restaurant in the area. The owners better wake up and figure out the problem or they will be closing the doors for good soon!
Mobile order is the best option. I placed my order and was in and out. This location always has a long drive through in the morning. But they have two very dedicated employees who are always there working ro get customers in and out.
I stepped inside and received excellent service. I've visited a few times, and the new manager with the locs was very friendly and had a fantastic energy! My coffee was great, and the interior was clean.
I always seem to give them the benefit of the doubt because I love Dunkin' Donuts but they lost me as their customer, I always get a hazelnut coffee Réservez une table maintenant
So this dunkin is hit or miss Been going here since they opened Seems that things go well when the big man on campus is around.
