The service can be hit or miss, so I’d rate it 3.5 stars. The staff are very friendly, which is a big plus. I’ve had a few negative experiences, but since this location is the closest to me, it’s my go-to spot. I really appreciate that I can grab a Subway sandwich, fill up my gas tank, and enjoy a coffee all in one place. I’ll keep coming back as long as it’s still here.
The service can be quite slow. Typically, there's one woman handling the coffee while one or two others are busy cleaning. They really could use a second person to manage the coffee orders. On the positive side, the staff is friendly and they prepare orders exactly as requested. If they improved their speed, this place would definitely deserve five stars.
Order number #9513 at 2:53 PM: The service was quite impressive! When I asked for my drink with medium ice, they filled it halfway with coffee instead. When I inquired about it, the staff explained that because I requested medium ice, they couldn’t fill it all the way to the top. I found that quite amusing! Overall, great service!

I recently moved to the area and noticed there are two Dunkin' Donuts locations on my commute to work. This one is my favorite, even though it doesn’t have a drive-thru. Using the app, I always receive exactly what I order, and my order is ready quickly, even when there’s a line.
The donuts are still incredibly fresh, but they don't serve my favorite flavor until 10:30, so I guess I'll have to go earlier. They have new drink options as well. Plus, they offer drive-through pickup and delivery for $10.
The experience here is always excellent. They know my usual drink and prepare it right away. The staff is also very helpful.
I’ve visited several times and usually order a large iced coffee along with some apple fritters. They’re fantastic!
