I want to express my gratitude to the staff at the Valatie Dunkin' Donuts location on 9H for their outstanding service after my recent experience at the Dunkin' in East Greenbush. Unfortunately, this morning was one of my worst experiences at the East Greenbush location, which is disappointing because they typically provide service with a smile. I usually stop there on my way to work to get my coffee just right. I always order the same thing: a sugar cookie flavor coffee with one sugar, extra cream, stirred well, and an egg white veggie wake-up wrap. On some mornings, my coffee tastes great; other times, it lacks the sugar cookie flavor, which they are usually aware of and correct swiftly....
