PRODUCTS I would like to thank the Valatie Dunkin Donuts staff at 9H for providing an excellent service after my experience minutes before East grennbush Dunkin. I had the worst experience in this place this morning to say sad because usually no matter what, they give service with a smile. I usually go there on my way to work, I have to make my coffee taste right. I order it in the same way: sugar cookie, 1 sugar, Xtra cream, well stirred, and an egg white veggie wake up wrap. Some morning it's good other times it tastes like the sugar cookie flavor 't added, and they are aware of it and they fix it. Actually, a few times the sugar cookie flavor was omitted.
