They change the staff all the time and they don't have a guide to make the food with quality. Personally, I used to buy my coffee here every day, but I had to move to another place even though I live 3 minutes from here. The reason is that the icelatte does not have enough coffee, it is a milk instead of a coffee and in order to feel the taste I have to buy an extra shotespresso which increases my price for a coffee. I recommend keeping an eye on the quality of what comes out as prices haveincreased.
Surprised by the bad reviews as this is the only Dunkin I trust and go to for a fresh iced tea and food. Every other dunkin I've tried out has one time or another given me iced tea that had clearly gone bad. How does iced tea even go bad!? Gross. NOT this dunkin. It's always delicious and fresh. Every time. This includes the food. The Port Reading location is one of the iced tea offenders (that made me throw up! btw. I love the Carteret Dunkin. It's the best one around. No question.
I don't normally rate Dunkin' Donuts but I can here expecting normal or worse but I was surprised. It's 2:30 on a Tuesday, the floors were just mopped, the bathrooms very clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. Then the person mopping the floors was outside cleaning up the trash in the parking lot, very impressed with It's that. 5 stars for caring about being clean!
This has to be the worst drive through I've ever been to. It took 30 minutes to place my order then when I got to the window it took and 5 minutes to get my coffee. Mean while the entire staff of teenagers was just messing around laughing and goofing off.There is zero management on site to keep things moving smoothly.

Pathetic service . I waited 15 mints at drive through.. and after that I came inside and the guys are talking each other having fun and they don?t know about drive through customers . I asked them why are you not talking orders from drive through and justthey faint have any answers.
I love Dunkin', but every time I come here I have horrible service. Managers are always rude but the workers are usually nice. I've had 2 horrible interactions with both what I'm assuming managers and their unfortunate bad attitude. I hope someone else runs this place soon. sad.
Whenever i order at the carteret dunkin i always ask for less ice but they consistently fill it almost all the way up and the new staff is completely incompetent but they make him work anyways instead of teaching him first
Worst dunkin experience. I ordered a dozen donuts in the app but, they didn?t have any of the ones I selected. The ones they gave me were old and stale. I also ordered hot chocolate. That was good.

April 6 went to your Dunkin' around 8 pm, their were 3 gentlemen and I was having a rough night, But these boys made my night , gave me laughs, overall they were fun, great service!
The service is terrible. Every time I order it gets messed it up.. ordered a grilled cheese and they cold cheese on a croissant.
