I usually never leave a review because everyone has a bad day from time to time and it's not easy dealing with the public. I hate to leave a negative one for a business in my home town, but this is a recurring theme.I was given the run around today from the attendant for ordering too much in the drive thru. She informed me that the drive thru isnt meant for large orders and I should have thought of the poor person behind me who just had a coffee and a donut. I was at the window for 6 minutes and ordered a box of donuts, 4 drinks, and 2 hashbrowns. Nothing I'd consider out of the ordinary. Waited 40 minutes to pick up an order at the drive-thru. Went inside and asked if it was possible to get the food inside because I was already there. Person said, “you gotta go to the drive-thru.” Got to the drive-thru and was told “we don’t have any hot food and I am the only one working here. But will get your refund.” Got to the window and we asked the person, “How do we get our refund?” She said, “You do it on your app. They don’t question it.” We asked, “Can you show us how to do it because we never had to do it before?”Person said, “I don’t know, we are not trained on the app. Have a good day!” and closed the window.Whoever owns this place, please do better!
Dirty place with dirty employees. Most of the women smell like smoke and are coughing all over the place. The ones that wear gloves don’t change them and the ones that don’t, don’t wash their hands. I asked what I think was the manager to wash her hands and she was so rude about it and gave me attitude. I just walked out. Another time my husband received a coffee with chemicals in it due to the lack of their employees cleaning out the coffee pots. Nastiest place ever! I drive 30 min out of my way and to Augusta to get better food, coffee and service!
I ordered an energy cold brew ice coffee, over $6, which is cold brew coffee and a fresh brew espresso shot why was this lady saying they were trained to put fake Imitation espresso shot. If your going to change the way it is made should change the price to. This dunkin is nasty everytime.
Where do I begin with disgusting woman in the back making coffee with no gloves on with a bandaid on her hand. Honey boo boo at the register coughing uncontrollably all over everything while eating and her gut hanging out talk about gross and unprofessional. They need to be shut
