I just walked out of here with my children baffled. I informed them that Daddy doesn't spend his money in places where the help (customer service) are RUDE, Arrogant and Obnoxious! Caucasian young Girl wearing Ugly false eyelashes, zit bumps and oily hair was the cashier that we had to wait while she finished her business on her phone before attempting to wait on us. Nasty Nasty Nasty. Won't return here ever. My 1st time and last time here. Get rid of Her she's no where near an exceptable person you wont working at your establishment.
I had to wait behind 4 cars in the drive-thru at Dunkin' Donuts. It took 40 minutes just to place my order, and then I had to sit at the window waiting for my food. It was the worst experience ever and I do not recommend this place. If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would.
This Dunkin' Donuts location is the worst I've ever been to. I waited in line for over 45 minutes just for an iced coffee. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Don't waste your time here.
Every time I go through this particular Dunkin Donuts something's always wrong they either mess my order up or something is broken that's not even including the wait times

They are very rarely open due to staffing, and when they are they never get the order right or take atleast 20 minutes to get one coffee
The service is extremely slow, and every other review here is about that, so doesn’t seem like they care and try to improve at all
They were out of donuts substituted extremely stale muffins. the drinks were good.
