This is the worst Dunkin' I have ever experienced. The building is in poor condition, and the staff seems completely uninformed. There are often homeless individuals in the vestibule. I've been visiting this location every week since August, primarily because my kids have drop-off at the nearby RecPlex, but today was my last visit. I tried to redeem a Chicago Bulls promotion (Dunkin Race, free coffee code), and they told me it was only valid at Chicago locations and couldn't scan it. I had no issue using that same promotion in Fox Lake. Overall, this location is poorly managed and unappealing. This place offers donuts that are often overpriced and can sometimes be stale, along with coffee that’s a bit of a gamble. It may be absolutely delicious or, on the other hand, quite disappointing—it's a bit like spinning a wheel. Take your chances!

I saw hornets landing on the doughnuts and eating them, which was pretty disgusting since they spit. Honestly, you shouldn't trust the food here.
