Dunmow Spice - Réservation de table

The service at this restaurant was terrible. We booked a table for 12 people and let them know two guests had food allergies that needed to be accommodated. However, when we arrived, the staff member was rude and unhelpful. Despite their menu stating to inform staff of any allergies, the staff member showed little concern and was also rude about the situation. The two guests with allergies had to leave and eat elsewhere because of this. The service was subpar, the customer interaction was dreadful, and overall, it was a disappointing experience. I do not recommend this restaurant to others. It seems they falsely advertise that they cater to allergies, but in reality, they do not and are not...

We passed through Great Dunmow at 7pm on a Sunday evening and decided to stop at this restaurant for a quick bite to eat. It was quiet and comfortable, with only one other table occupied. The staff was very pleasant. The Royal Biryani dish we ordered was fantastic, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a tandoori chicken quarter on a side plate with it. We were even more surprised to find a whole boiled egg buried in the rice. The Keema Naan bread we ordered was also excellent - it smelled and tasted delicious. Thank you for the great service.

I have dined at this restaurant twice now and I must say, the food is excellent. The service is genuine and efficient, with some delicious chef's specials on offer. It is definitely worth a try. I would rate the service, atmosphere, and food all as a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend giving it a visit for dinner.

Disgusted. Booked on Wednesday for Friday for 5 people and when we turned up no table available nor in diary. No apology offered, only “I wasn’t in on Wednesday” Luckly Jalsa Ghar accommodated us. Even when shown evidence of phone call (correct number) practically called us liars Service: Dine in Réservez une table maintenant

Just called for my friends birthday and asked politely for a delivery. I was told very rudely no deliver we are too busy, I asked when would delivery be available. He hung up the phone. Very rude. Won’t calling them again. Service: 1
