I ordered catering for 25 people to be delivered to my home and prepaid for the meal. Unfortunately, the person in charge of catering was quite rude and unhelpful. He did not even offer us the option for delivery. Luckily, I decided to cancel my order due to his poor customer service. I strongly recommend that the management team either provide him with training or consider replacing him to avoid losing customers in the future!
