I will begin by saying that, no matter how bad I want to eat Italian, I will handle any restaurant I see and go straight to dusal’s on union hill road. ? I have been a loyal customer of the Italian restaurant dusal for many years. it is my favorite Italian restaurant. eating is delicious and consistently good. ingredients are of high quality. the personal is very professional, friendly and accommodating. the prices are reasonable. the portions are generous. the place is clean. I really enjoy it here. my favourite dishes are the lasagna, cavatelli and clams, tilapia franchese, meatball parmigiana sandwich, california käsesteak, pasta primavera, auberginen parmigiana, the salate, and of course...
I had a terrible dining experience at this restaurant. The fried calamari was overcooked and appeared to be frozen and reheated in the microwave. The balsamic dressing for the salad was lacking oil and too sharp. The veal francais was decent, but had too much lemon and no butter. The side pasta was thrown away as it was overly thick and paste-like. The pasta was sticky and had a strong taste. Despite being warned about the portion size, I still left feeling unsatisfied. Overall, it was a disappointing meal and I won't be returning.
Since you have been eagerly waiting to dine here, it is disappointing to hear that the experience was not enjoyable. Upon inquiring about any changes, I was informed that nothing had been altered. However, it turns out that the head chef has actually left the establishment.
Went for dinner. Wife and I were originally going to go to the pizzeria but decided to go to the restaurant. I ordered the shrimp and broccoli assuming to can with pasta. I received a bowl of oil soup. When I asked for pasta, I got pasta with red sauce. Will not go back.

Dusal's is a Manalapan classic! You can't beat the pizza and we love the warm and friendly environment in the dining room. Aldo, Sal, and their staff are just amazing.
