*Very loud music at the window* This happened last night, December 23, 2025, around 10:49 PM. The employees were very kind. The man who took my order was friendly and accurate. The young woman who handed me my drink was also pleasant. However, the music played by the baristas was extremely loud, forcing me to ask the woman to repeat herself three times. Playing music is understandable and can boost morale, but blasting it that loudly is unprofessional, especially when clear communication between staff and customers is essential for completing orders.
