The drinks were good but the girl with curly hair and the weird jellyfish earrings needs to learn how to properly serve customers. When we told her she could put our change in the tip jar, she didn’t even utter a thank you. When we asked for a drink carrier, she responded with a rude “okay, hold on” and she overall was very blunt and rude with us when there were few cars behind us, and while it was a big order, that is NEVER and excuse to be rude to a customer. It’s her job. People like her do not represent the company well at all.
It's good coffee and it isn't an arm and a leg. The big attraction is really when the kids are outside directing customers and taking orders. Max he staff is just super. This is the first place that I have seen where the staff has fantastic team work. The kids are awesome they take orders, direct traffic, and get ready, EVERY EMPLOYEE HAD A HUGE SMILE ON THEIR Fces! Tell me where you have seen that before. When you drive away you will have a great cup of coffee and a nice smile on your face. It makes people happy.
Ah this used to be my favorite location. But lately I’m met with a very rude and very new staff. They hardly care to listen when I order my drink and it’s more often than not that I have to go back through the line to have my drink fixed. There are only a couple of great employees left at this point which makes me visit one of their other locations now.
