Dutch baristas used to always be so nice especially at this location but there?s a newer employee Emma who is horrible. She always has an attitude for no reason. I?ve experienced it and so has multiple different family members who frequent this location. Some issues might just be her needing further training but that won?t help the attitude. She might be better suited working for Starbucks with that attitude tbh. In regards to having two different transactions with two different apps with zero cars behind me: ?I don?t want to do that. Every single person who?s ever served me at this location has been lovely. I dropped my drink today and even though it was totally my own fault they offered to make me a new one and were super nice. Amazing customer service:

Today (just like every other day), the baristas we're super friendly and very talkative. I love it when they are very clearly loving their job! Today was Truly one of the best visits to this franchise so far!

Always a blast visiting this store! I always ask for a drink suggestion and I've never been disappointed.. that says a lot given the world these days!
