I absolutely love this particular Dutch Brothers location. The coffee is fantastic, and the staff are friendly and attentive when you ask for recommendations. I have always had a great experience here, whether it's with the drinks, service, or wait time. The employees are young, cheerful, and eager to make customers happy. The new lemonade drinks are perfect for the summer. They even cater to my dog, Rowdy, who loves their dog treats with whipped cream. The staff have been incredibly supportive, joining me in prayer, tears, and laughter. This location is my favorite, and I appreciate their community involvement and generosity. When dining at this restaurant, be cautious of the drinks you order as some contain caffeine while others do not. I made the mistake of ordering a caffeinated drink and experienced a lot of anxiety for the rest of the day. However, my second drink was caffeine-free and delicious. The service was quick and the staff were friendly.
The window only allows you to see the bottom half of the staff, which is uncomfortable. The staff does a great job, but they shouldn't be visible to customers through the window wearing shorts. Overall, the service was lacking, but the food was good. The atmosphere could use improvement.
