Quality has seriously declined over the last few month. I cannot even count the number of times my drinks have been made incorrectly. Even when I stay in line and ask them to correct the issue they've still make the drink wrong. I've never had such repeating issues with a Dutch Bros. Maybe one in a blue moon other Dutch's will make a mistake but now Sherwood is making mistakes on 3 4 of all the drink I've ordered. Some of the issues I've encountered are incorrect toppings, incorrect flavors, missing floats, non-blended drinks, non-handblended double blended drinks, ect. The staff at this restaurant seems to prioritize chatting with their friends over providing quality service. While there's a time for socializing, it's definitely not when customers are waiting in line. On my second visit, I encountered the same issue with a particular employee who was more interested in talking to a friend than attending to other customers. One team member tried to explain the situation by saying they were distracted because their friend was in a car ahead of them. However, during my first visit to the drive-thru, there were no other cars in front, so that excuse doesn’t hold water. Crew is more concerned with chit-chatting with their friends who come through than doing their job. There's a time and place for that, which is not when there is a line behind them who are being unnecessarily and inconsiderately kept waiting. 2ndencounter, same kid the crew is more interested in chatting with and ignoring their other customers as before. I would recommend steering clear of this Dutch Bros location. I ordered a Caramelizer with extra caramel, but it came without the extra caramel. This is not acceptable. It's important for staff to pay attention to customer requests. It feels like the team here is more focused on doing their own thing instead of following the drink orders accurately.
I really love Dutch Bros! I've never had a negative experience there. The staff is always amazing—friendly and cheerful. They take the time to ask about my day and even give special attention to my big furry Great Pyrenees, who always gets a cookie! She genuinely looks forward to our visits to Dutch Bros.
