I didn't get her name horrible horrible attitude, worst customer service ever received at any Dutch Bros and I am a very very frequent customer. Took no accountability for her actions. Personally idgaf if your the only person taking orders. Your job is to provide customer service and be vigilant. Not be rude when something is brought to your attention it's called taking accountability plain and simple. This situation could have went another way but resulted in me not ordering anything and leaving due to her actions.. You never know what kind of day someone is having. I will never...

My wife and I enjoy taking our dog out early in the morning every now and then for some premium coffee. All of the drinks are outstanding, but it can get a bit pricey. The drinks and service are both excellent.

Kid-friendliness: Dutch Bros truly knows how to make families feel welcome. They always take the time to ask my girls how they’re doing and often give them stickers and little extras, making them feel special.
