So my sister and I dread coming here because a lot of the time people cut us in line because of the awkward entrances. But a few times now we’ve been cut and the people working there would simply acknowledge the fact that we were cut and tell us they’d bring our drinks out but instead what ALWAYS ENDS UP HAPPENING is we wait forever for the people that cut us to get their drinks while ours are melting and getting nasty on the counter. It’s infuriating. We understand that we’re not priority and that their friends come first but still, if you say you’re gonna do some DO SOMETHING. I mean otherwise there are like two or three workers (I think are managment) that are actually pretty nice and coo...
Honestly I love Dutch bros. I tried my first iced double torture years ago and fell in love.There 's something wrong though with this location. Over the last couple years my coffee started tasting wrong. It wasn 't sweet like it 's supposed to be. It just tastes off and watery coffee with like a fake weak sweetness. It doesn 't taste like the rich vanilla/mochaness. I was worried it was my taste buds but I recently went to another location and the double torture tasted like it used to. I hope something changes because everyone 's nice. I just hate paying for a drink that used to taste so much better. Please fix so I can continue to hate on Starbucks
Stopped by this morning around 930 am. One car in front of us. The gal taking orders was obviously chatting with the person in front car. We waited a few minutes and then asked if she could take our order. She finished chatting, took the guys order and with attitude came to take our order. Both our lattes we lukewarm at best. Don't go to this location. Too expensive for bad service and then awful coffee.
I love Dutch Bros! Starbucks coffee is so yesterday, because Dutch Bros is here to stay! Awesome selection of drinks and treats, always friendly staff, my one gripe and I'm not alone, we all want XL and XXL size drinks and I only speak for myself, but yes I will pay more for a bigger size, I don't have an issue! Please think on the above idea!

I go to this Dutch Bros daily. They are friendly and always take the time to get our drinks right. I would like to specifically acknowledge Daphne, she remembers us and our orders every time we come through. She’s as sweet as pie and my kids love her. She makes the experience so much better and sends us off feeling ready for the day!
If you like actual coffee don’t go here. I went to two different locations wanting an iced latte and it’s awful. The people working there are nice but the quality of the coffee is awful and I threw it away without drinking
Got the seasonal hazelnut truffle mocha with white coffee, as sugar free as possible, Carmel Wall, and soft top. Yum!
Very disappointed to find there was no soft top on my drink. Haven't had this issue at other locations.
