We stumbled across the restaurant more by chance than on purpose during our stay in Bad Bentheim, as it's close to the appartment we are staying at. While it was completely empty when we walked by we decided to give it a try nontheless and...were very pleasantly surprised. My wife and I chose to share one of the plates and were even allowed to make a small substitution for it to fit our likings better. Entrees were really good and fresh, tasted self made instead of those were you're usure whether they are deep frozen or not. Main course was very very tasty and featured roasted duck that was among the best I had so far in Asian restarants. The straw mushrooms were a very unusual sight for us,...
We were very happy to eat and were also very friendly. Unfortunately, this has not stopped over the entire visit. We've been waiting for the appetizers for an extremely long time, and we've been waiting for the main course much longer. Overall we waited about 2 hours. Tastefully the meat was really bad and was not seasoned well. I'm sorry. A hair slipped into an appetizer. After we said this, our table was no longer considered much. Many who came after us got their food quicker and they also took care of it more. The appetizer with extra was then taken from the bill in a friendly way, so we would have given another star.
