Dynasty is a delivery-only restaurant that does not allow for collection or entry to the premises. They advertise a promotion where you can order 10 meals online and receive 1 free meal. However, after receiving a code to redeem the free meal by a certain date, the online ordering system was closed until a later date. There is no way to contact them to inquire about the free meal, as phone service does not connect and you cannot enter the takeaway. After ordering 10 meals, there is no chance of receiving the promised free meal, or the £22 discount off the total bill. This level of service from Dynasty is simply unacceptable.
Orders from here on the 25th of January. Food took 90 minutes to arrive. Food was not only cold (and in some parts frozen still) but anything that was cooked was completely disgusting. Oily, bland, soggy, gross and a waste of time and money. Would never order from here again and would certainly advise against it! To make it worse contacted the restaurant and the lady I spoke with couldn’t care less and was rude regarding my complaint. Told be to deal with Just Eat as not the restaurants problem... Yet it came from there. Shocking service and disgusting food.
Food is really good mostly except the curry which is really watery these days? Its got so runny that we are now having to nip out and get a curry elsewhere when ordering deliveries from Dynasty, which is obviously quite awkward. Also the deep fried shredded beef in chillie sauce isnt very nice. Its like a sweet soggy dough in a sugary sauce and not very crispy of chewy. Anyway not complaining, just bringing it to your attention as otherwise your food is all good.
Ordered a take away from here, absolute rip off, very little meat in dishes. Chicken wing starter only had 3 wings in it, paid for egg fried rice got plain boiled, beef curry had very little beef (which was tough n chewy) was filled to top with onions to make up the portion. Paid full price for this muck. Worst chinese we have ever had. IN ESSENCE TAKE HEAD DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, everything went in the bin Réservez une table maintenant
Absolutely disappointed and disgusting!!! Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this Chinese!! I ordered a Lemon chicken and lemon sauce. It was awful, like lemon and water! When I called to complain they were VERY rude and UNHELPFUL!! Tried to say that’s what people like??? Water with bitter lemon juice?? NO THANK YOU! Won’t be back! BOTH OUR MEALS WERE REALLY HORRENDOUS WITH RUBBERY CHICKEN TOO!!
