INCREDIBLE. As a restaurant it has given me the best value for money experience. I was recommended and it exceeded my expectations. I was able to take the Mycological Tasting menu (grilled oyster mushroom, shiitake with thyme zucchini, sirloin in mushroom sauce accompanied by (homemade) fries and mushroom bonbon with lemon cream and tangerine ice cream). The best I've ever eaten. The waiter VERY VERY friendly. To repeat, without a doubt. I recommend calling to be able to choose between the tasting menus they offer. I'm sorry I can't provide more photos of the mycological part (I didn't have time, hahahahaha)
Siempre que venimos a Pradejón nos pasamos a cenar por el Chandro. La carta de raciones es muy amplia y a buen precio. No os perdáis la ración de setas a la plancha. Espectacular, la mejor de la comarca. Y pocas veces probareis una sepia a la plancha tan fácil de comer. Ya para adictos, la ración de morritos tiene una magnífica relación calidad- precio. Atención muy cercana. Siempre nos atienden de forma excelente.
Restaurante sencillo, con un rico menú gastronómico de setas y champiñones muy variado y muy buen precio, con mucha imaginación, tiene su hostal que es igual, sencillo pero muy limpio y práctico, y muy buen precio. Muy recomendable para una escapada con visita a Fungiturismo y a las bodegas de la zona. Gracias a Nicolás que nos atendió fenomenal en el restaurante.
