Es un restaurante de cocina Vasca con buen servicio y donde el menú es algo caro, pero de mucha calidad. El edificio donde se ubica fue en tiempos casa condal y actualmente Hostería (llamada Hotel Conde de la Vallesa). Con lo que puedes alojarte si lo deseas. Todo esta rodeado por un jardín muy bonito. También hay terraza en el exterior. Se encuentra en el pueblo de Blanca un lugar muy tranquilo y bonito del Valle de Ricote (Región de Murcia). Es una zona conocida por sus hermosos paisajes. Puedes visitar la Iglesia de San Juan Evangelista, la Ermita de San Roque, La Casa del Conde, La Favorita y El Castillo. Para pasar un fin de semana esta muy bien la zona.

It is a good Basque cuisine restaurant and where the menu is expensive but of high quality. the building where it is located was in times of condal house and currently hostile (conde del valle). What you can stay with if you want. everything is surrounded by a very nice garden. there is also terrace on the outside. is located in the white village a very quiet and beautiful place of the valley of the ricotta (rule of murcia). is an area known for such beautiful landscapes. You can visit the church of Saint Juan evangelist, the hermitage of St.Roke, the house of the count, the favorite and the castle. For a weekend, the area is fine.

Las gambas al horno tienen sabor a carne, las carnes están acompañadas de salsas muy dulces; lo bueno son sus caldos y el trato. Me parece que ha perdido calidad ya que otros amigos que han estado en repetidas ocasiones así lodicen
