Todo bien salvo que los chocos se deben servir en cazuela de barro para que mantengan el calor. Aquí los sirven en acero inoxidable para que se enfríen lo más rápido posible. No tendría que ser necesario tenerle que explicar esto a un restaurante de Redondela. No recomiendo los chocos aquí.
