My family and I decided to order from this restaurant because it was previously family-owned and had high standards. However, since new management took over, the quality of food and service has declined significantly. I ordered a dish with barbacoa, eggs, potatoes, beans, and a cup of menudo, and I was extremely disappointed. The barbacoa tasted old, the potatoes were hard, and the beans were watery. The only fresh item on my plate was the egg, likely because it had to be prepared to order. My children shared another dish with pancakes, eggs, and bacon.
