Eagle Specialty Coffee

Adler's specialty coffee serves the best coffee I've ever tasted. Larry and Sonia are the owners and they are so confident in their products, and proud of what they do and how they do it, it is no wonder that they put such care and love into this business. I've ordered from this restaurant several times, and the food was excellent initially. However, I've noticed a decline in quality. The ciabatta roll has changed, my sandwich orders were incorrect (which I managed to resolve through DoorDash), and the everything bagel seasoning was burnt.

The food was incredibly tasty, featuring plenty of fresh scrambled eggs. The sandwich was large and served hot. I absolutely loved the Ethiopian pour-over coffee! I've been wanting to try Eagle for some time now since I pass by it on my way to work. I will definitely be returning!

By far the best coffee around. Am here a couple days a week and it never disappoints. Espresso, muffins, hot chocolate are all 10/10. Larry and the rest of the staff are always extremely kind, and obviously very dedicated. Could not recommend enough! Réservez une table maintenant

The coffee here is absolutely fantastic! They also serve delicious breakfast sandwiches. If you’re in the area, this is definitely the top coffee spot. My only issue is that they close at 1 PM, so just be sure to visit before then.

I think I'm very picky when it comes to coffee and this coffee was super delicious! Also had an egg and cheese, and it was very fresh! The two employees were very helpful and thoughtful. Very recommended!

Hardworking and cozy coffee shop. Each cup comes with a beautiful design. Very neutral taste, true for its bean and not excessively sweet as your dunkin or starbucks.

The Macchiato (Hot or Iced) is out of this world and always consistent. I recommend pairing one with an Apple Turnover (XLarge Size) for a great start to the day. Réservez une table maintenant

I absolutely love everything here! The ciabatta bread is exceptional, and they serve the best iced caramel macchiato I've ever had.
