Eagle's Nest Hyatt Regency Indianapolis

We were seated quickly and it took about ten minutes before our server arrived to take our drink order. She basically forced us to order all our food at that point. We got crab cakes as an appetizer and both had fillets for entrees. She brought our drinks about ten minutes later and we asked if we were going to get any bread like normal…are you keeping track of the time? She said yes they would ring us some. Forty minutes after that our entrees came out by the food runner who we then asked where our appetizer was and he was shocked we never even got bread. The experience overall was fantastic. From the start to the end, the server, and everyone there was just amazing. The food taste YUMMY! I love their Beef Bulgolgi Specials, and their Signature Prime Rib was great

Food and drinks are like any other restaurant connected to a hotel, not impressive. The dessert was clearly from Gordon food service
