Earls Kitchen + Bar - St. Vital - Winnipeg

My brother, sister, niece and I were at Earls for lunch on March 24th; we entered the establishment and waited for over five minutes for staff to seat us - nobody came to greet us and lead us to a table despite many of the waitresses seeing us waiting (they just kept on serving the people in the bar). After waiting an unreasonable amount of time, we decided to seat ourselves in the dining room; same thing happened there - nobody approached us for at least another 5 to 10 minutes. This is very POOR service in my estimation!Food was good.Would I return in the future? Likely not.

Had a nice evening at Earls with my girlfriends last night. We were in a separate side room just for our group. Our meals were delicious, drinks were great but the best part of being at Earls was our wonderful waitress. Her name was Nathalie (hopefully spelled that right), she was excellent. Very friendly, knew when to check on us as we were catching up and chatting a lot, and went along with our pace for the evening. She was genuine with her smile and is the best waitress I've had in a long time. Thank you Nathalie.

I've taken business colleagues and friends here twice in the last two months, had nice meals out on the patio, great service. Had a rib/chicken combo one time, split a large order of ribs and a house salad another, both were very well done and served hot and fresh. Will definitely return.

It looks like its the place to go after work for drinks. The appies are good, and the drinks are good. But its typical bar and grill type place. Nothing special for Winnipeg, and its a chain. I would stick with the Mom/Pop places in a city like Winnipeg.

We came here for a nice lunch and were not disappointed. The menu selection was very good and the wait staff was very friendly. Recommend
