The service at EAST is abysmal. The waitstaff spend more time chatting among themselves than attending to customers, and they never check in on how the food is or if you need anything else. There never seems to be a manager available to address concerns in the restaurant. We used to visit every week, but we finally reached our limit with the poor service.
Delicious and subtly flavored dishes, featuring a variety of fresh and well-prepared Eastern cuisine, including large sushi rolls. This restaurant is a fantastic find in our neighborhood, tucked away in the Stop and Shop Drug Fair Strip Mall. Be sure to try the Baby Clam Soup appetizer!
The service was very disappointing. The waitstaff lacked basic manners and even insulted us when we decided to change our minds about ordering hibachi.
