Food was delicious. But... Service was absolutely horrible!!! I called earlier in the afternoon placing a timed order to be picked up at 6. When I got there, there was no one up front to greet me. I had to call to let somebody know I was there after waiting a few minutes. When I gave them my name, they said there was no order under that name nor an order in their system of what I asked for. I was told by the manager that if I wanted to pay for my food, they would be more than willing to make my order. Excuse me , of course I would be willing to pay for my food. My family stopped in for lunch after church. I have never been to this East Coast Wings location, but generally have a decent experience at the chain. One of the reasons why I chose this place is because of the menu. There is something for everyone, and the food is usually good.Our server was Taylor, and even though we walked in the door just as they were opening, she was super friendly and ready to go.I ordered a chicken caesar salad, and we also had a chicken sandwich (mild) with onion rings and chips, and bone-in mild wings with a side of pertater-terts (tots).My salad was great. My family and I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant today. Upon arrival, one server told us that we would need to wait because they were busy, especially with a large party of 11. Another server seemed overwhelmed and was unable to seat us promptly. The kitchen had a strange odor of old oil and there were issues with the hoods. The bathroom was not well-maintained, with clogged toilets and no plungers available. My toddler was reluctant to use the restroom due to its condition. We ultimately left without placing an order as nobody attended to us or apologized for the inconvenience. Overall, the restaurant seemed chaotic and poorly managed.
I am pleased to see that this restaurant is doing well. I remember filming the ribbon cutting ceremony here a few years ago and always enjoy visiting when I can. I used to frequent the Country Club road location when I lived nearby. The food at this restaurant is top-notch, I would give it a 5 out of 5 rating. Réservez une table maintenant
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Lee was very patient and accommodating with all of my questions. Lexi assisted us and Jaydon made sure we had everything we needed for our takeout order. Overall, it was a very good experience and I will definitely be returning.
