East Garden Chinese Food

I have never encountered such unprofessional service at a restaurant in my life. Today, we called to have food delivered, and they informed us that they couldn't deliver to our location, which is just 6 miles away. I mentioned that we have successfully received deliveries from them for the past 1.5 years, but the person on the phone apologized and said they no longer deliver to our area. She then raised her voice at me and hung up. When I called back, the story changed; she claimed they didn’t have enough drivers and abruptly hung up again. I received the wrong order, and the service was terrible. The staff was rude, and they packed my food incorrectly. I cannot recommend this restaurant; it's best to go somewhere else. The woman at the counter yelled at me, which was really frustrating. I just wanted to enjoy my meal, but she charged me $10 for something I didn’t order. I tried to explain what I wanted, but she didn’t listen and was incredibly disrespectful. Honestly, I hope this place goes out of business because of their poor service. They need to hire more friendly staff instead of being rude. If I had been in charge, I would have called the police on the situation. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

A week ago I wrote a review on this business for having a dirty plastic partition up that separates the restaurant staff from the customer's in response to Covid, and I am very pleased to say that East Garden's heard our collective voices and responded promptly by putting up a new and clean partition. The General Tso's and sesame chicken were disappointing, resembling low-quality Chinese takeout. The lo mein lacked flavor and substance. Overall, the food seemed bland and lacking in effort. The only highlight was the sweet and sour sauce, although it might have come straight from a can. Réservez une table maintenant

Food was fresh but the price I paid almost $20 I got a small white container and a small container of rice and when I called to complain the manager says if I went to the store it would've cost me $8 and that DoorDash inflates the price from now on I will be going to the store

We heated our meal at home thoroughly because the cook was wiping his running nose while cooking, the soup tasted bad and two $5.50 lunch specialties plus $3.95 wonton soup should be $16.50 including taxes and not $19.

I was pleasantly surprised by the General Tso's veggie chicken; it was absolutely delicious! I was a bit hesitant to try it, but it turned out to be well worth it. I will definitely be ordering it again!

The food was excellent! I really enjoyed the chicken noodle soup; it was the best I've had in a long time!
