This was our first visit, although we've been to Wind several times before. The food was exceptional, just as we expected, and the service started off great. However, as it got busier, we had to request tea refills from three different servers. Our main concern is with the $2 discount for seniors. Typically, seniors don't eat as much as they used to, so a $2 discount feels a bit insulting. A 10% or 20% discount, as offered by other restaurants, would at least cover the tax. If you're going to acknowledge seniors, please do so genuinely. They offer a wide range of lunch options for all you can eat. However, it's worth noting that the prices are a touch on the higher side.Some of the standout dishes included the calamari, spicy shrimp rolls, crab rangoons, beef teriyaki, and general Tao chicken. One notable downside was the miso soup, which was rather disappointing.The service experience was unique, with a mix of both robots and human staff. While this added a futuristic touch, the service was a tad slow, which might be something to consider if you're in a hurry.Overall, I'd rate this place a 7.5/10. It's a good choice for a diverse lunch menu, but keep in mind the prices and the slightly slow service.

One of the best Japanese restaurants in all of Canada! The service is outstanding and the food is absolutely delicious. Our server, Erika, was incredibly kind and polite. She took the time to confirm the ingredients in each dish we ordered to accommodate our dietary restrictions. Every restaurant, not just East Izakaya, should hire servers like Erika. Thank you, East Izakaya, for making our birthday lunch so wonderful!

East Izakaya was an experience by itself. Flavorful, colorful food, beautiful ambiance, and cool looking robots delivering food summarizes this place in a gist. It was pretty packed, and our food took a little bit of time, but the food itself was amazing. You can either do all you can eat or A la carte. They have a good selection of sake as well. My family loves Japanese food. We enjoy the food at East. The food is fresh and delicious, people here are nice and thoughtful. The waiting time is short and you will get your food quickly. Lillian is a great waitress as well. She is kind and patient to answer any questions. I recommend this Japanese restaurant. Bon appetite!

This is my first time at this restaurant, and I regret missing it every time I visited the Niagara Falls. The high-quality dishes, especially the unexpected oysters, were delightful. Every dish and drink came with a pleasant surprise!

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. Initially, things were a bit confusing, but the staff was very helpful in sorting out our orders. The food was incredible! I highly recommend this place.
