East Side Mario's - Réservation de table

We dropped by East Side Mario 's for dinner on Sunday night while travelling through Red Deer. It was already past the dinner rush so we were promptly seated upon arrival.Service seemed a little slower than what we 've experienced at other ESM locations across Alberta. Following our drink order, our server brought us two warm loaves of their delicious garlic bread. It definitely helped fill the void while our meals were prepared, especially for the kids. My wife and I both enjoyed our salads that were included with our meals, and as always, freshly grated cheese was plentiful throughout our meal. It was Tuesday which was $2 per child meal. The bill came we were charged full price. It took to long to have it corrected. My husband asked if he got garlic toast with it the waitress said yes, she brings that out after we order. They brought out one small/long bun for us (2 adults/2 children) so we each got about 3/4 inch slice. My one grandson burnt his hand on the plate. I touched the other grandchilds plate it was hot. The waitress should have said something instead of just plunking them down in front of the children. My husband said there was absolutely no flavor to his meal he will not be going back. He had sea food linguine. I had Alfredo penne noodles and the sauce was only so runny...

Had an excellent meal to celebrate by Hubby's birthday. Great choices of beverages and food. Entrees and Pasta come with soup or salad and mini breads. Well priced for what you get, and you usually leave with some leftovers. We had ceasar salad as our choices to go with Baked Lasagna as well as Jumbo Shrimp Alfredo pasta. Usually comes with fettucine, but i asked to change it to Penne, and they said yes. It was excellent. As a nice sweet touch, they came with a wheel board if its your birthday to win a prize. I took my daughter to this restaurant for lunch, and it turned out to be the worst dining experience I've ever had. My wife's meal arrived a whole 30 minutes before the rest of ours. The staff kept bringing us meals that weren't ours, and other diners who came in after us received their food well before we did. To make matters worse, one of the loaves of bread had hair baked into it. When we finally received our food, I didn't even want to eat what I had ordered, and my children's drinks were incorrect as well. The staff didn’t seem to care at all when I brought these issues to their attention. I won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone. It was a complete disaster of a resta... Came during a weeknight so was seated promptly. We had the tomatoe garlic soup and couldn't get enough of it. I had the chicken Parmigiano with veggies and it was great. Hubby had the Canadian calzone but found it too bready with not enough filling. Took 5-6 bites before he hit any filling. The blackberry Italian soda was amazing but trying to get refills took too long. We were told there were issues at the bar but getting only 1 refill for the entire meal was disappointing. Maybe it was an off night.

We had a reservation but still had to wait to be seated. Once we were at the table, it took a long time for us to be served, and our bread arrived frozen in the middle. They also forgot our salad. However, our meals were delicious. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, and it was fantastic. Two of my friends had shrimp fettuccine Alfredo and chicken Alfredo, which they both enjoyed. Another friend had spaghetti and meatballs, and she loved it too. Despite the hiccups, I would definitely go back again.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, and our drinks arrived just minutes after placing our order. The food came out quickly and was served piping hot. The complimentary bread was warm and incredibly soft. The restaurant appeared well-maintained and clean. I highly recommend this place; the food was truly delicious.

We had a gathering of the women in our family. They accommodated all 8 of us plus a high chair) without a reservation. The food came quick and was delicious. When some had to leave suddenly they were super fast with carry out containers and just really helpful!Thank you for a wonderful lunch! Réservez une table maintenant

The woman who served us was training someone, and both of them did an excellent job. The service was quick, the portions were generous, and the food was delicious.
