I can say with confidence I will never go back to this restaurant again. The HOSTESS was extremely unprofessional and rude from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. I asked her THREE separate times for a children's menu - she glared at me and walked past, never bringing the menu. On my third attempt, again as she was sauntering past our table, with her doc martens half done up, black jeans and hands in her back pocket, she ignored me. Being extremely frustrated, I raised my voice so she could hear me as she was about 2 tables away by this time and told her this was the 3rd time I've asked. She shouted back at me, I heard you the first time and said I was gonna get it and continued...
From the minute we got inside it was chaos. Told a 10-15 minute wait ended up being 30-35. Many tables empty but not cleaned off and the hostess/bus girl was socializing and working at a snails pace. Very very disorganized. We ordered drinks first and our children did not have their drinks delivered until we asked a third time. Waitress blamed the bartender. We were offered a pizza deal and ordered 2 plus our entrees. After about 15 minutes we were informed that the pizza deal was no longer on. For entrees my wife ordered linguine with a meat. If you visit this chilly, loud restaurant, expect hot food served partially frozen, ignored special requests and wrong orders, partially full soup & ice cream sundae bowls charged at full price, long delays for all-you-can eat food or drink refills, and consistently dirty dishes. The only thing the wait staff is quick to bring to the table is the bill, even when your food order has not been completed. If you tend to tip based on quality of food and service, use the washroom before you tip or the otherwise inattentive wait staff may pound aggressively on the washroom door. I have never experienced anything like it. Ridiculous and offensive.
Went with family (group of 8) for birthday dinner. The food was good, but service was terribly slow. The waitress looked like she had too many tables and couldn't keep up. Wasn't her fault. Had to keep getting up to ask for utensils, forgotten desserts we ordered. Someone did come by (didn't say if she was manager or not) and said that the kitchen was slow. It wasn't even busy in the restaurant. If you are on a time limit, I'd try elsewhere. Réservez une table maintenant
Arrived just before 3pm, Seemed quite busy with several youths with matching jerseys all having a good time..Quickly to our table and the drinks and warm bread arrived quickly. They didn't have any Creemore but the Sleemans Railside was a close second. New Buffalo chicken pizza with dip was good and the regular Canadian Pizza met expectations. Cheryl P. was our server and the pizza was served quickly.
Was there with my daughter's synchronize swimming team. Took 30 minutes to get our drinks. Which were delivered two at a time. Then our server took the kids food order. Their salads arrived at the same time as they're hot food. Took 50 minutes to take the adults food order. Which happened to be after the children's food arrived.
