Go fish! Go figure? Where in Westchester, or anywhere, can you find gorgeous shrimp and corn chowder for $4.50 or $8??? Not to mention red or white clam chowder?! I have been meaning to try Go Fish in Eastchester for a while. I am very picky about seafood and since this is the fast-casual sister restaurant of Eastchester Fish Gourmet, I knew it was worth a try and I was right! I can’t say that I am in that area often, but I had made a quick trip to Amazing Savings on Central ave and decided to take the route home that would put this place right in the middle of my path. My mom had the fish and chips. The classic meaty, juicy fresh and perfectly battered cod with gorgeous crunchy sweet potato...
We tried this place for the first time and we were not disappointed. Upon arrival we found easy parking and the initial contact with the reception was amazing! Rick was personable, warm and very knowledgeable. He made the experience even better. We sat outside and we regretted that choice. We were constantly bothered by flies and bugs, but the food was incredible! The Bronzino and the black bass were out-of- this- world good! The chicken was superb! The Calamari was tasty and delicious!We will definitely return, but we will opt for indoors. The entire experience was great and we would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Really great place with fresh, delicious sea food. My party of five ordered a variety of dishes, including the halibut, risotto, whole lobster, and scallop bowl. Ir was all very good. Friendly staff. A staple seafood restaurant in Eastchester! Always great fish and seafood, can’t go wrong, has kept it’s quality for many years Lobster salad, fish and chips are amazing, as is the whole fried fish!
